Lunch and Dinner in Kathmandu: Meals in Kathmandu outside of the included dinners are not covered. You'll be responsible for your own lunch and dinner epenses while in the city.
Bottled Water, Aerated & Alcoholic Drinks: Any additional beverages beyond what is provided during meals are not included. This includes bottled water, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages.
Items of a Personal Nature: Epenses for personal items such as phone calls, laundry, souvenirs, and any other personal epenses are not included.
Tips: Tips for guides, porters, and other staff members are not included. While tipping is discretionary, it is customary in Nepal to show appreciation for good service.
International Flights: The cost of international flights to and from Nepal is not included in the package.
Airport and Departure Taes: Any airport taes or departure fees are not included and will need to be paid separately.
Visa: The cost of obtaining a visa for entry into Nepal is not included. Visa fees will need to be paid according to the regulations of the Nepalese government.

Day 1: Arrive Kathmandu

Upon your arrival at Kathmandu Airport, a representative of Camp-7000s will be there to greet you. They will assist you with the transfer to your hotel in Kathmandu. Once you’ve checked in, you’ll have the afternoon free to relax and unwind after your journey.
Pre-Trek Briefing and Dinner:In the evening, there will be a pre-trek briefing organized by Camp-7000. This briefing is essential for providing you with important information about the upcoming trek, including details about the itinerary, safety guidelines, and equipment requirements. It’s also a great opportunity to meet your fellow group members and get acquainted with your trekking companions.
Following the briefing, you’ll enjoy a delicious dinner, during which you can further socialize with your fellow trekkers and discuss any last-minute questions or concerns you may have.Overnight: Hotel.

Day 2: Drive to Besi Sahar (7 hours)

Depart from Kathmandu and drive along the Kathmandu to Pokhara highway. Turn off the highway at Dumre and follow the Marsyangdi valley to Besi Sahar (820m). Overnight: Eco Lodge.

Day 3: Drive to Koto (2600m, approx. 5-6 hrs)

Continue the drive along a dirt track above the Marsyandi river to Koto. Prepare for the trek and ensure special permits for the Nar Phu region are endorsed. Overnight: Eco Lodge.

Day 4: Trek to Upper Koto Forest Camp (2750m, approx. 4 hrs)

Trek from Koto to Upper Koto Forest Camp, nestled amid pine forests with views of Annapurna 2 and surrounding peaks. Overnight: Camp.

Day 5: Trek to Nar Phedi (3500m, approx. 4-5 hrs)

Ascend the Nar Phu Khola, passing through Meta, a substantial settlement. Reach Nar Phedi campsite. Overnight: Camp.

Day 6: Trek to Nar (4100m, approx. 5 hrs)

Cross the Nar Phu Khola and ascend a side valley to Nar Village, rich in barley fields and traditional Tibetan architecture. Overnight: Camp.

Day 7: Trek to Kang La Base Camp (4900m, approx. 2-3 hrs)

Short trek to Kang La Base Camp, allowing time for acclimatization and enjoying panoramic views of the surrounding peaks. Overnight: Camp.

Day 8: Cross Kang La Pass (5320m) to Ngawal (3660m) and Braga (3450m, approx. 7-8 hrs)

Cross the Kang La Pass, offering stunning views of the Annapurna Range. Descend to Ngawal and Braga villages. Overnight: Teahouse or Lodge.

Day 9: Trek to Yak Kharka (4050m, approx. 6 hrs)

Continue along the main trail to Manang, passing through Yak Kharka with views of Annapurna 3 and Gangapurna. Overnight: Teahouse or Lodge.

Day 10: Trek to Thorong Phedi (base of the pass, 4500m, approx. 4 hrs)

Today’s trek is relatively short but essential for acclimatization and preparation for crossing the Thorong La Pass tomorrow. The stage involves ascending extensive scree slopes and crossing scant pastures as you make your way to Thorong Phedi, the base of the pass.

The trail gradually ascends, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscapes dominated by rugged mountains and barren slopes. Along the way, you’ll pass by ramshackle tea houses that were once bustling with trekkers during the heyday of the classic Annapurna Circuit trek.

Upon reaching Thorong Phedi, you’ll find basic accommodation options and facilities to rest and recharge before the challenging ascent to the pass tomorrow. Take this opportunity to relax, hydrate, and mentally prepare for the high-altitude crossing that lies ahead.As the day draws to a close, enjoy the tranquility of the mountain surroundings and the anticipation of the adventure that awaits you tomorrow. Day 11: Cross Thorong La Pass (5416m) and descend to Muktinath (3802m, approx. 10-12 hrs)

This day marks the climax of your trek as you ascend to the Thorong La Pass, the highest point on the Annapurna Circuit. The ascent is strenuous due to the high altitude, requiring a slow and steady pace to acclimatize effectively. As you climb higher, the air becomes thinner, making each step more demanding.

The final stretch to the pass may be particularly challenging, with false summits that can test your endurance. However, the sight of the massive prayer-flagged cairn at the actual pass serves as a beacon of accomplishment and provides a surge of energy for the final push.

Upon reaching the Thorong La Pass, take a moment to savor the breathtaking panoramic views that extend across the entire Annapurna Range. To the north, you’ll witness a mesmerizing vista of snowy ridges stretching towards the borderlands of Tibet. This awe-inspiring scenery makes the arduous climb well worth the effort.

After enjoying the views and celebrating your achievement, it’s time for the exhilarating descent. The trail descends approximately 1600 meters to the Hindu pilgrimage site of Muktinath. The descent offers a different perspective of the landscape as you make your way down to lower altitudes.

Arriving at Muktinath, you’ll be greeted by the serene atmosphere of this sacred site, where pilgrims from various faiths come to pay their respects. Set up camp in the vicinity and reflect on the day’s journey, surrounded by the Himalayan highs in every sense of the word.

Day 12: Trek to Jomsom (2720m, approx. 5 hrs)

After the exhilarating crossing of Thorong La Pass and the descent to Muktinath, today’s trek offers a more relaxed pace as you reflect on your journey so far and wind down towards Jomsom.The trail descends gradually, leading you through picturesque landscapes and charming villages. As you make your way down, take the time to appreciate the beauty of the surrounding mountains and the tranquility of the Kali Gandaki River, which carves its way through the deepest gorge in the world between the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges.While most of today’s walk follows the recently constructed road that extends north through Mustang, you’ll still have plenty of opportunities to soak in the natural beauty of the region. Along the way, you may encounter local villagers going about their daily lives, adding to the cultural richness of your journey.Finally, you’ll arrive at Jomsom, a bustling town in the Mustang region, where you’ll find comfort and relaxation at your eco lodge. Take advantage of the well-earned rest and enjoy the afternoon at leisure, perhaps exploring the town or simply unwinding amidst the serene surroundings.Overnight: Eco Lodge in Jomsom.

Day 13: Fly from Jomsom to Pokhara and onto Kathmandu

In the early morning, you’ll embark on a spectacular flight from Jomsom to Pokhara. This scenic flight takes you through the dramatic Kali Gandaki Gorge, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and landscapes below. As you soar above the rugged terrain, you’ll have the opportunity to appreciate the sheer beauty of the Annapurna region from a unique vantage point.

Upon reaching Pokhara, known for its stunning lakeside setting and tranquil atmosphere, you’ll have a short layover before catching your connecting flight to Kathmandu. While in Pokhara, you may choose to explore the lakeside area, visit local markets, or simply relax and enjoy the picturesque surroundings.

After your brief stopover in Pokhara, you’ll board another flight to Kathmandu, completing your journey back to the capital city. Once in Kathmandu, you’ll be transferred to your hotel, where you can rest and reflect on the unforgettable experiences of your trek in the Annapurna region.

Please Note: In the event that the flight from Jomsom to Pokhara is canceled due to inclement weather, alternative arrangements will be made to ensure your safe return to Kathmandu. This may involve traveling by road to Pokhara and connecting with a flight to Kathmandu the following day. Today, you have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the rich cultural heritage and vibrant atmosphere of Kathmandu. With a full day at your disposal, there are numerous options for exploration and discovery.

You may choose to begin your day by visiting two of Kathmandu’s most important spiritual sites:

  • Pashupatinath: Explore Nepal’s most sacred Hindu temple, located on the banks of the Bagmati River. Witness the rituals and ceremonies performed by devout Hindus, and gain insight into the religious significance of this ancient temple complex. Additionally, Pashupatinath is an important cremation site, offering a glimpse into traditional Hindu funeral rites.
  • Boudhanath: Discover the largest Buddhist stupa in Nepal, which holds great significance for Tibetan Buddhists and is considered one of the holiest Buddhist sites outside of Tibet.
